FAQ: Why is the exchange rate for some sprees different from that others?
Exchange rates for sprees will change in order to match actual currency exchange rates on the market.

FAQ: If that is the case, how are exchange rates at HIS PINK TUTU set?
On the day of opening the spree, we go to Yahoo Finance and check the USD vs SGD rate. The exchange rate set for the spree will then be set in tandem to the prevailing currency market accordingly: (0.03 difference due to 3% international sales charge by credit card company)(market rate ~ our rate used)
1.38 - 1.42 ~ 1.45
1.43 - 1.47 ~ 1.50
1.48 - 1.52 ~ 1.55 etc

FAQ: What if the exchange rate on the financial market drops?
We will then use any excess funds to offset the second payment / shipping costs. Here at HIS PINK TUTU, we endeavor to provide excellent customer service, affordable prices that are value-for-money, and in ensuring a reliable and safe online shopping environment for our customers. Keeping exchange rates as fair as possible for spree-ers is one of our highest priorities.

FAQ: How much will the second payment / shipping cost per unit be?
How much the second payment will be, will depend on whether the merchant / fashion company ships out all the items in 1 shipment or splits it into 2 due to lag time in restocking. The best case scenario would be that all items be shipped out together. However, to account for the worse case scenario occurring, it is best to approximate the 2nd payment as being between $2 - $4 per item.Another way to approximate the cost, would be to refer to the second payment per item for previous sprees held at HIS PINK TUTU. This information is made available under the subsection "Updates" for each spree. (Directly beneath the picture of the spree items received)Do note that 'per unit' for shipping costs is calculated as follows:
Accessories = 0.5 unit
Tops = 1 unit
Leggings = 1-1.5 units (Depends on material & length)
Shorts / Dress = 1-2 units (Depends on material & length)
Wallets = 1.5 units
Denims / Sweaters / Bags = 2 units
Shoes / Sandals = 2.5-3 units (Depends whether they are heavy type of shoes eg. covered high heels & sneakers, or the lighter type eg. ballerina pumps, sandals, strappy heels)
However, everything (accessories, tops, sweaters, shoes etc) will be SGD$1.00 or SGD$3.00 (depending on whether orders are made through an agent or not) each for the handling fee charged in calculation of the first payment.

FAQ: How long will it take for me to receive my items?
Items usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive in Singapore once the spree closes and orders are sent. Mass meet up and registered mail is recommended. Take up normal postage at your own risk.
